Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe

After making the purchase, the customer has 12 hours to submit a cancellation request and we will be happy to process the full refund.

After this 12 hour period, your order will be put into production and can no longer be changed, except for your shipping address. We can always correct/change your shipping address before it is shipped.

Note: Cancellation policy doesn't apply for In Store pickup.
