I’ve purchased 3 hats from this company. The first there was a slight issue where my hat was sent to another person and I got theirs. However things happen and Mike called within a couple hours of delivery on a Saturday mind you and got the coordinating of the shipping labels taken care of so I and the other person could get our hats we ordered. Kind of funny because the person and I lived about 2 hours from each other. Anyway that was taken care of which showed me Mike and his wife care about what they do and will make extra efforts to correct any issues. So because of that I bought 2 more hats. I’m a satisfied customer for sure. I’d recommend anyone wanting to support a small business to buy from one2miniranch
