Hat brim
I was disappointed when the hat arrived because the brim had been shaped and stiffened in a way that I would never do. I was expecting the hat to look like the one in the picture. I have had a Silverbelly Range for a long time, so I know how they’re supposed to look when new, and I’m having a very difficult time trying to mellow out the brim on the one I got from you. For $320 I expect the hat to show up the way it does out of the factory.
