Stetson's Royal Deluxe Open Road is softer and more luxurious than the 6X fur felt version. Ideal for dress and casual use it is made in the USA and has a 4 1/4" (front crease) cattleman crown and a 2 3/4" bound edge. Features include a thin grosgrain ribbon band with Stetson pin, roan leather sweatband and full satin lining.

The hat is beautiful, well-crafted and exceeded all my expectations! I wore it to church last Sunday and received so many compliments. The customer service was outstanding!!! I called the store and actually got a live person to eagerly and pleasantly answer all my questions. In an age where technology has somewhat replaced human interaction, this company is a breath of fresh air. As a senior citizen and retired Navy person, it means a lot when I’m treated as more than just another transaction. Their prices and selection can’t be beat. This is my new hat store and I plan to place another order in the next two weeks.

beautiful hat (Silverbelly)
Saw a few of these around Austin on a recent visit and had to get one. Now trying to figure out when/where to wear it in Chicago! Quick shipping and the best price I found online.

Everything I wanted.
After trying the 1865 vs and the 6x, this version in Silverbelly is what I went for and it is perfect. I appreciate the softer hand and clean, simple finish. Haven't worn it much but the fit seems right in line with the labeled size and I can't wait to put it to use. Also, customer service from one 2 mini is excellent. Their speed at processing my earlier return and order fulfilment blew my mind. Will definitely be back for future purchases.

Royal deluxe
Perfect fit. Excellent Stetson factory packaging. Be aware the royal deluxe doesn't have as much stiffener and can't be steam shaped unless stiffener is sprayed on first. Good looking hat but was disappointed in the way the band was spot stitched and unlevel.

Royal Deluxe Open Road (Caribou Color)
I was thoroughly impressed by the Royal Deluxe Open Road. I already own quite a few other hats, including several Akubra models and a 6x Open Road in chocolate brown. This is nicer than my 6x open road. They might label it as "dress weight" but regardless of your intended usage I think it'll please you. I really love the Caribou Color and it is hard to describe...the Caribou seems to be the most versatile color in my hat arsenal...that being said, I also have one of these now in Sage as well because I loved the royal deluxe open so much. I originally purchased a few Akubra models to test out in the rain...they love the rain and don't warp AT ALL, but I wanted to treat the Open Road Royal Deluxe as well... I wore the open road royal deluxe in the rain all day in Nashville and it held up flawlessly...It looks absolutely FLAWLESS. THESE HATS ARE GOOD.
