This is my 1st Stetson hat ever purchased/worn & I wasn't too sure if it was going to be a style that was a good fit for me. Also, you really don't see many Western Style Hats being worn here in WNC. However, I have always been one to venture out & try something new. So I made the purchase & I'm so glad I did! I wasn't too sure if the 1st couple of compliments I received on my new style of hat were genuine but as the compliments started to increase, I knew they were sincere. In regards to another reason I purchased this hat, I like to be outdoors & wanted some added sun protection. This hat has "all-around" ventilation, allowing for air flow you can actually feel! I will soon be ordering another Stetson for our cool Fall/Winter mountain climate! Also, my order arrived within a few days of online purchase & arrived very well packaged. Like most of us, we were hoping for a "Stetson Box" to store our seasonal hats & maybe I will get one with my next purchase!

I rarely buy a fitted hat online (except for MLB-baseball caps) and was hesitant to do so in this case - you can never get the fit just right. But, I had a lot of confidence with this store because of the fantastic reviews - and, boy were they accurate. The level of customer support (and appreciation) is fantastic. The hat came in great condition and packaged carefully. As for the hat: it fit true to size and felt great the moment that I put it on (true to fit with my fitted MLB-style caps). I am surprised by the compliments that it gets and plan to wear it for the remainder of the summer and fall (which might be a lot longer given the weather in California right now).

So here's my take.... You can buy this hat anywhere online, but when you order the wrong size and have to return it, do you get the kind of service you get at One 2 Mini-Ranch? Probably not. Great hat from a great online retailer that cares if you got what works for you.
